Completion of MNM’s Hospital Worker Readiness Program results in a guaranteed interview with an opportunity to be hired within the Mercy Health system to work at one of the Mercy Health hospitals or another Mercy Health facility.

Eligibility: You must complete a background check and have a positive, cooperative attitude and demeanor.
Program length: Three weeks.
Days & Times: Sessions are three days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:00-3:00.
