Mercy Neighborhood Ministries’ STNA program is designed to enable you to keep working while earning your certificate.

Mercy Neighborhood Ministries’ STNA Training program is approved by the Ohio Department of Health and will prepare you to take the state exam to be listed on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry so you can work in a long-term care facility or hospital.

Program length: 8 weeks (2 days per week) or 6 weeks (3 days per week)

Days & Times: Sessions are 6 or 8 weeks long. Six week sessions are held three days per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00-4:00. Eight week sessions are held two days per week on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:45-4:00.

Tuition Information: The STNA program fee is $800. Scholarships are available based on household income and family size. A minimum out of pocket fee of $400 is required for all students. Some students may be eligible for funding through community partners or the City of Cincinnati. In this case, the out of pocket fee will be reimbursed upon completion of the program.
